KJNB Northeast Arkansas News speaks with one associate professor about the solar eclipse, and the next generation taking an interest in the phenomenon.
On Monday afternoon, many stared at the sky, looking at the total solar eclipse . The event sparked some of the youngest curious minds and possibly paved the way for the next generation of scientists.
She says it’s a small price to pay to see the once-in-a-generation event. She brought with her, 3D models, maps, and pamphlets about the eclipse. The now two-time eclipse viewer says she enjoys seeing the next generation, both young adults and children, take an interest in the phenomenon.
