Three people with knowledge of the trade tell The Associated Press that the Washington Commanders are acquiring cornerback Marshon Lattimore from the New Orleans Saints. Lattimore has been the subject of rumors for quite some time.

Washington sent third-, fourth- and sixth-round picks to New Orleans and got a fifth back along with Lattimore, according to two of the people. All three spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity Tuesday because it had not yet been finalized.to the season and became deadline buyers as a result of unexpected playoff aspirations.
