72 acres of land between Veterans Boulevard and Fly Creek is being restored as a nature parkIt will feature nature trails, outdoor classrooms for educational opportunities, a trailhead with an informational kiosk, a bicycle repair station, restrooms, and parking.“We have the beautiful bay and the bluffs along the bay. We have a very walkable community but to be able to have something where you can get lost in nature is really special.
“It’s exciting to see that it’s going to be used in this fashion. And I’m honored to be a part of Fairhope’s parks,” Ellen Dyas said.
