‘The Challenge’ Moves To Paramount+ For Season 42 With August Premiere
United States Latest News, United States Headlines

The Challenge: Cutthroat will premiere on August 5.

The series will see 24 competitors trying to win the $500,000 cash prize. They will be divided into three teams and the only way to take home a share of the cash prize, is to cross the finish line together as a unit.

Per Paramount+’s logline, to win, nominated captains must balance their hunger for dominance with the need for loyalty, or risk losing their power while solo players must prove they can be team players or lose their chance at the winnings. Challengers include Brad Fiorenza, Cedric Hodges, Chris “CT” Tamburello, Chris Underwood, Cory Wharton, Johnny Bananas, Josh Goldstein, Justin Hinsley, Keanu Soto, Leonardo “Leo” Dionicio, Nelson Thomas, Will Gagnon, Adrienne Naylor Alexis Lete, Anna Leigh Wilson, Cara Maria Sorbello, Cassidy Clark, Deb Chubb, Isabella “Izzy” Fairthorne, Michele Fitzgerald, Nurys Mateo, Reilly Smedley, Sydney Segal and Victoria “Tori” Deal.

The series is produced by Bunim/Murray Productions with Julie Pizzi, Justin Booth and Jacob Lane serving as exec producers for the Banijay-owned company. Diego Amson, Brad Tiemann and Joe Awgul serve as co-exec producers, Margaret Morales is supervising producer and Benjamin Hurvitz and Melissa Tallerine exec produce for MTV.

‘The Rookie’ Sets Extended Cut Of Episode On Hulu In Rare Move For ABC Scripted SeriesComments On Deadline Hollywood are monitored. So don't go off topic, don't impersonate anyone, and don't get your facts wrong. I guess me and The Challenge will have to part ways. I am not paying for Paramount+.

I guess I will have more time for YouTube surfing. I still love the challenge but their budget must keep getting smaller as the flagship show used to be a million dollar prize & now its at $500,000 lately, which is what the spinoff shows offered. MTV is just a sad husk. There was always something to watch in the 2000’s.

Crazy dating shows, interesting reality shows, absurd comedy shows, music videos still. I miss it.
