An office campus spread across more than 80 acres in Plano has hit the market.
KDC and Spear Street Capital redeveloped the former Electronic Data Systems campus starting in 2005, which was rebranded as the Campus at Legacy.proposed multibillion-dollar Texas Research QuarterThe complex, built originally in 1986 for Ross Perot’s Electronic Data Systems, holds the headquarters locations for North Texas companies such as behavioral health firm Oceans Healthcare and mortgage platform Optimal Blue.
Collin County Appraisal District listings show the owner of 5340 and 5360 Legacy Drive to be Whetstone Legacy Campus LP, an entity that has in the past been linked within a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. The firm, however, lists the property as an asset it sold on its website.Legacy is the driving force behind the Prosper Arts District
