Paul Goldschmid is a Partner and Co-Portfolio Manager at King Street. He is a member of the Management Committee, Global Investment Committee, Risk Committee and Conflicts Committee. Prior to joining King Street in 2006, Paul was an Analyst at Compass Partners International, a boutique merchant banking firm, focusing on principal investments and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Paul received a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. and M.B.A. from Columbia University.Mr. Cole is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Fundamental Corporate Credit at Ellington. Prior to joining Ellington, Mr. Cole founded Warlander Asset Management. Before founding Warlander, Mr. Cole was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Appaloosa where he was one of three senior partners managing $20 billion in hedge fund assets, including the $7 billion credit-focused Thoroughbred Funds . In addition to managing the trading team and developing analyst talent while at Appaloosa, he worked closely with David Tepper covering all aspects of portfolio management, including macroeconomic analysis to inform top-down capital allocation. Before joining Appaloosa, Mr. Cole was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the U.S. Distressed Debt and Leveraged Loans Desk at Morgan Stanley, where he ran a $1 billion revenue business with approximately 60+ sales, trading, research and operations professionals . Prior to Morgan Stanley, he served as a Senior Managing Director and the Head Distressed Bond Trader at Bear Stearns . Prior to his role at Bear Stearns, he traded high yield bonds at UBS , investment grade and high yield bonds at Conseco Capital Management and investment grade bonds and mortgage-backed securities at Shields/Alliance Capital Management . He began his career as a credit analyst at TIAA-CREF . Mr. Cole received a BA from Colgate University and completed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program. He serves as a Trustee of Colgate University, where he is the Chair of the university’s Endowment and Finance Committee.Holly is an experienced executive with over 30 years of experience in providing turnaround services for companies in the retail, distribution, and consumer products industries. Holly is a Certified Turnaround Professional; and is admitted to the American College of Bankruptcy and the International Insolvency Institute. In 2007, the Turnaround Management Association recognized Holly with its Turnaround of the Year Award for the successful turnaround of Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. In 2011, TMA once again recognized Holly with its Transaction of the Year Award for the successful refinancing of Neff Rental. Holly was named Woman of the Year in Restructuring in 2014. She once again won the TMA Turnaround of the Year award for her work at BCBG MaxAzria in 2017.Randy Raisman is a Managing Director focused on distressed investing opportunities and the high yield credit markets at Marathon Asset Management. Mr. Raisman has led both distressed and performing investments for Marathon in the healthcare sector, with a focus on hospitals, medical staffing, laboratory testing and branded and generic pharmaceuticals. Mr. Raisman has also led several large financial services related investments for Marathon, with a focus on mortgage lending and mortgage servicing, the insurance sector and the consumer finance sector. Mr. Raisman has over 15 years of experience investing in distressed opportunities in the retail and consumer sectors, having led several restructurings in those industries. Mr. Raisman joined Marathon from Chatham Asset Management where he was an Analyst investing in distressed companies across a broad range of industries. Prior to Chatham Asset Management, Mr. Raisman was a senior member of the investment team at Durham Asset Management , a hedge fund focused on distressed investing. Mr. Raisman holds an M.B.A. degree in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Masters of Accounting degree from The University of Michigan Business School. He sits on the Board of Directors of Kaleo Pharmaceuticals, Healogics and Auto Europe Group.Andrew is one of the nation’s leading restructuring lawyers and a veteran first-chair trial lawyer. He frequently combines those skills to the benefit of his clients, using litigation as leverage to maximize creditors’ recoveries in bankruptcy proceedings or other contexts. His creative approach to high-stakes disputes has frequently created unexpected value, as in the bankruptcy of Hertz Global, in which he orchestrated an unprecedented deal giving shareholders a payout of $8 per share. Andrew has been involved in several of the most notable restructurings in recent decades, including those of Puerto Rico and Hertz Global. Beyond his vast experience leading restructuring transactions, he frequently acts as lead counsel in bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation, and litigation involving issues of corporate governance. He has particular experience representing parties victimized by fraudulent behavior. At Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Andrew heads the Bankruptcy and Restructuring group, which advises clients on all matters related to distressed situations, insolvency, and bankruptcy. The group’s matters often involve competing secured and unsecured creditors, complex restructurings, and contested inter-creditor issues. Before co-founding Glenn Agre, Andrew was a partner at Kasowitz Benson Torres and an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton.Keshav Lall has actively participated in corporate debt restructurings for more than 15 years as an investment banker, principal investor and corporate executive. Keshav previously served as the President of Global Special Opportunities and the CEO and Chairman of Essar Capital Americas, a member of a global industrial conglomerate with over $11 billion in revenue. At Essar, he oversaw a private portfolio of five infrastructure, energy and industrial companies with approximately 3,500 employees and capital structures in excess of $4 billion. He also led Essar’s global efforts in distressed situations from both an operational and principal perspective, including the bankruptcies of Essar Steel Algoma, Essar Steel Minnesota and the Port of Algoma. These activities included restructuring over $7 billion of debt, negotiating more than $500 million of settlements, successfully renegotiating collectively bargaining agreements with the United Steel Workers Union, and working in partnership with domestic and foreign governments. Prior to Essar, Keshav spent 10 years as an investor in distressed companies at Balyasny Asset Management, Citadel Investment Group and Deutsche Bank. While at Balyasny, he led the ad hoc secured bond committee in the Essar Steel Algoma restructuring and was a key member of creditor groups in Essar Energy, Momentive and TXU. At Citadel, Keshav was a trader and the co-manager of a distressed credit portfolio concentrated in special situations including Lyondell, Visteon, Nortel and Skilled Health. He began his career in the M&A department at Deutsche Bank. Immediately prior to joining M3, Keshav served as founder and Managing Member of KAL Advisory Partners, which provided merchant banking services for highly complex, distressed or special situations. Keshav holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Business Management, cum laude, from Cornell University.Shanshan joined Centerbridge in 2007 and currently focuses on investments in the Healthcare and Industrials sectors. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Shanshan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup Global Markets in the Financial Entrepreneurs Group. Shanshan received a B.S., summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.
