Antony Starr as Homelander and Susan Heyward as Sister Sage in The Boys season 4

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Summary The Boys season 4 sees Homelander teaming up with Sister Sage, a Supe known for being the smartest person alive — and while their insidious plans have a lot of moving parts, the characters have one major goal in mind. With vacancies in The Seven after the ending of The Boys season 3, it was only a matter of time until Homelander asked new Supes to join Vought's elite team.

Homelander & Sister Sage's Ultimate Goal In The Boys Season 4 Is Taking Over The White House The Supes Want To Install 1 Of Their Own As President Of The U.S. Homelander and Sister Sage are stirring discontent among the masses, aiming their rage at Starlighters and the non-Supes they hope to one day lord over. As Sage points out when she first meets Homelander, even well-intended democracies fail "because people are f***ing stupid.

Even if they aren't directly sitting in the White House, they'll hold enough sway to effect the changes they want to see. Having such beings running police departments would be devastating for non-Supes, especially those opposed to Homelander and Sage's plans. Such power would give Vought and The Seven the authority to systemically control and kill anyone who stands in their way, even if they don't appear to be directly involved. If they can make such changes to law enforcement, they can likely infiltrate other sectors of the government as well.

Judging by Sage's behavior, she appears to have a more academic interest in overthrowing the government and creating a world of Supe supremacy. It's almost as if Sage wants to see if she can accomplish it, curious about the limits of her own powers. Someone so smart undoubtedly has difficulty finding things that keep her engaged and interested.
