The best new spring boots (perfect for not-so-Spring-ready feet, says FrankieGrad)
small parts: my feet. The thought of exposing them, after being hidden away in socks for months, is somewhat unappealing. Nails unpainted, heels un-pumiced and big toes yet to be defuzzed, they have a long way to go before they’re ready to slip into a pair of barely there sandals. Fortunately, this season there’s an alternative; it’s called the spring boot.
