The boot in question is by Bogs—a classic workwear boot—which received an elevated yet mindful makeover courtesy of Alex Dymond and, the buzzy clothing label inspired by the upstate New York farm and non-profit organization founded by artist Dan Colen. The boots, which will be sold at Nordstrom, Bogs.com, SkyHighFarmWorkwear.
There are some numbers to back up Seybold’s statement, too: The pairs are made with 5mm of Neo-Tech waterproof insulation and 2mm of air mesh for temperature regulation. In addition, they have a BioGrip slip-resistant outsole and a wicking feature to keep feet dry, which is useful no matter where you are.Though these boots are made with bucolic fields in mind, the campaign, shot by Sue Kwon, shows how they can be worn downtown.
