While James Gunn's DC Universe slate is going forward, the Elseworlds banner at DC Studios is also continuing. One of the upcoming DC movies that exists outside the main DC franchise is Pattinson's The Batman continuity, as the world has been waiting for nearly half a decade for his take on the Dark Knight to come back.
Following several delays over the past few years, The Batman - Part II has officially started filming, as Matt Reeves shared a look at the very first shot of the film. Check it out below: The image shows not only the updated Batman logo for Pattinson's Caped Crusader, but also that it will seemingly feature a dead body undergoing an autopsy. As of writing, it's unclear who the person lying on the table is meant to be.
