Although details about The Batman - Part II are still a mystery, it’s already inevitably being compared to Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight and his Batman trilogy in general, but there’s one Nolan trilogy trend that The Batman 2 has to avoid. After Ben Affleck’s mature Batman in the DCEU, Warner Bros. focused on a younger Bruce Wayne in Matt Reeves’ The Batman, with Robert Pattinson now playing the Caped Crusader.
The Batman 2 Should Stick To One Villain Every movie in Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy had more than one villain, and even one of them appeared in all movies, though as a cameo appearance in the last two. Batman Begins saw Christian Bale’s Batman going against Ra’s al Ghul , Jonathan Crane a.k.a. Scarecrow, and Carmine Falcone , with Ra’s al Ghul dying and the rest being imprisoned.
