The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes clip from Lionsgate's highly-anticipated Hunger Games prequel has been revealed.
Lucy Gray Baird as she gets chosen to become the District 12 tribute for the 10th Hunger Games. However, it seems like her selection wasn’t determined by fate, but was instead rigged by the Mayor’s jealous daughter. As revenge, Lucy boldly puts a small snake in Mayfair Lipp’s dress, which catches the attention of Coriolanus Snow. The film arrives in theaters on November 17.
The film is directed and produced by Lawrence from a screenplay written by Michael Lesslie based on a draft by Collins and Michael Arndt. It hails from franchise producer Nina Jacobson and her producing partner Brad Simpson, with Collins, Tim Palen, and Jim Miller serving as executive producers.Maggie Dela Paz has been writing about the movie and TV industry for more than four years now.
