Luke, a born-again virgin, then told Hannah if she admitted to having sex with any of the other contestants, he would leave. “If you told me you had sex with one or multiple of these guys, then I’d be wanting to go home, 100 percent,” he said, adding also that she would be hypocritical as a Christian for good measure. As you can imagine, that did not sit well.
“The way that you just said that, why do you have the right to do that because you’re not my husband,” she said. “You’re questioning me, and you’re judging me, and you feel like you have the right to, and you don’t at this point.” But don’t worry, Luke said he was “willing” to work through it if she had “slipped up.” Oh hell, no.
Luke should’ve been picking up what she was putting down at that point but he’s clearly not one to read the situation. “The marriage bed should be kept pure,” reminding everyone that he’s been abstaining for a couple years — after his come to Jesus moment was the result of having banged his way through his entire college campus, as you will remember he outlined in his entrance interview. But sure, Luke, calla hypocrite.
