This is a fair question. But it doesn’t strike me as an important one. That AOC voted “present” instead of “no” during the House’s landslide vote in favor of funding Israel’s Iron Dome was of literally no consequence. DeBoer goes on to suggest that the left’s attempt to make change through engagement with the Democratic Party has been an abject failure:
