Tyler Booker expects one position group to have a breakout season in 2024. And it's not the offensive line.
SEC Media Days who he predicted would be a breakout player for“I would give it to a room,” Booker said. “I think the running back room is really set up for success in this because everybody in that room is a leader. In player-run practices, Booker has seen Miller coaching up Justice Haynes and vice versa as well as Young coaching up the other two returning backs.Alabama saw two of its top rushers from a season ago depart in the offseason; Jase McClellan went to the NFL and Roydell Williams transferred to Florida State. Meanwhile, the Crimson Tide returns Miller, Haynes and Young while adding running backs such as Kevin Riley and Daniel Hill.
Miller is the veteran-most runner of the group. Haynes and Young also figure to play sizeable roles in the offense beside Miller.
