It has affected my career, relationships, and overall view of myself. It’s not just about paying attention; it’s about regulating attention, emotions, and motivation. That nuance is often missed, which leads to misunderstandings and stigma.” –“I wish the world would see ADHD as a strength, not just a weakness. I believe that pThere is not enough knowledge about the benefits and strengths of people with ADHD when they are diagnosed and well supported .
