Lechon kawali loaded fries from Yumbro food truck at the Jersey Eats festival at the Meadowlands Expo Center in Secaucus, NJ Based in Yonkers, this Filipino and Hawaiian fusion food truck crossed the Hudson River just to be part of this festival. I’m so glad they did. Their menu featured pork barbecue, Hawaiian grilled chicken and crispy pork bagnet .
Strawberry and Me Belgian chocolate dipped strawberries during the Jersey Eats Food Festival in Secaucus on Saturday, October 26, 2024.These were the most adorable strawberries I have ever seen and the taste wasn’t far off. I appreciate the flavor variety that owner Osiris Fonseca offered with her fresh strawberries. The berries were coated with a velvety Belgian chocolate with flavors including sugar cookie, chocolate eclair and strawberry shortcake.
