Bloomberg's past let-them-eat-cake moments are presenting a challenge as he attempts to play Democratic Party savior

Bloomberg has a history of dust-ups with blue-collar unions and unapologetic defenses of Wall Street and his own extreme wealth — his estimated personal fortune is pegged atOn Wednesday, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden took turns blasting Bloomberg’s wealth, including over his failure to release his tax returns.
A competing campaign provided other examples of statements that could come back to haunt Bloomberg as he tries to win over moderate voters.“one of the most misguided things we can do.”remarking, “The last time we really had a big managed economy was the USSR.”
