White, 24, has a 7.30 ERA with seven walks in 12.2 innings at Triple-A Round Rock as he continues to try to find oomph on a fastball that has leaked velocity over the last year. But he’s healthy and was available to serve as a bullpen arm for a day or two.The Rangers began Friday with nine pitchers who were on the 40-man roster, but not currently on the 26-man active roster. Six of them -, Cody Bradford and Max Scherzer - are on the IL and either not yet ready or eligible.
