San Antonio policeman R.J. Rangel took exception to Joshua 'Lakey' Hinson's washable drawing on a public sidewalk in Leon Valley.

Here we go again. A street artist was threatened with arrest by a San Antonio police officer in Leon Valley for creating chalk art on a sidewalk — just weeks after a trespassing case against him for sidewalk chalk art was dropped. Joshua 'Lakey' Hinson was drawing with washable chalk Monday morning near Loop 410 and Bandera when an officer approached and told him to leave, as seen in video that the artist recorded.
