The conversation became tense at times, especially between Commissioner Lloyd Lane and the TPWD employees, with the men talking over one another or looking visibly frustrated.A major concern brought up during public comment, and then again by Lane, was that the state was using eminent domain to take not only the old parkland, which was about 1,500 acres, but also the lake and additional land.
