The Northside O'Connor senior helped her team to its first state title in school history in 2022. The Panthers rallied to defeat Mansfield Lake Ridge 7-6 to capture the Class 6A title. Success on the softball field runs in the family. Goode's mom, Shannon Steadman, was a standout at UTSA from 1993-1996, where she set multiple program records.
