Rosemary Kowalski's impact on the city will be celebrated as the Texas Cavaliers honor her memory at the River Parade during Fiesta next year.
A 33-year-old man was arrested after San Antonio police say he threw rocks at several businesses on the Northwest Side on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024.
Kowalski, alongside her husband, founded the RK Group, a hospitality and culinary service company, without prior experience. This venture grew into a successful business lasting over 70 years, including a significant contract with the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.
