A company in Texas received approval to develop an RV park outside of Foley earlier this month, and the company may add storage and more to the development.

And the developers could potentially add more. The plat lists plans for self-storage units and boat and RV storage adjacent to the RV lots. Those plans have not yet been submitted, Baldwin County planning and zoning staff said. Shravan Kumar of OZInvest, the Texas-based company that owns the property, said those plans were likely to happen, though they haven’t been made official.
