Looking at history: how successful have 2nd picks in the NFL Draft turned out to be.
Hall of Famers can come from any area of the draft process, but this list is proof that the higher up you pick, the better chance you have of getting a game changer. Common sense, right? On this list, I would say the following players are Hall of Fame worthy — Julius Peppers, Calvin Johnson, and Von Miller. It's early for Nick Bosa, but he is the best defensive player in the sport right now.
