Tesla Cybertruck Production Now Reportedly Pushed Back To Q1 2023 | Carscoops carscoops
an unnamed source familiar with the matter claims that initial production of the Cybertruck will not get underway until the end of the first quarter in 2023 .claimed that the Cybertruck would hit the market by 2021. However, in August of last year, Tesla confirmed that production plans had been pushed back to 2022.
Musk later stated that production would be delayed yet again until late 2022 and that significant volume production will not be achieved until late 2023.One reason cited within the report is the added competition in the electric truck space. Unlike the march it stole on its competitors in the sedan segment, Tesla is in the unfamiliar position of being on the back foot.
