Hundreds of shoppers have complained
to Tesco after a glitch meant that they were unable to process or amend their online baskets. Around 60% of customers had issues with their online shopping and 23% had problems with the Tesco app.
Shoppers all over the country experienced the problem, and took to social media to inform Tesco about the problem reports Manchester Evening News. One person tweeted: "@Tesco Your website for online orders is broken again."Every time I try to amend an order by adding items, it does it then immediately removes them. Similarly when removing items, they are removed and added back in again. And yes, I have tried logging out and deleting cookies.
@SallyHornsey asked: "@Tesco I'm online and logged in but I can't book a slot or add anything to my trolley. Tried with 2 browsers. Is something wrong? #hungry." Tesco has been approached for comment.
