Tesco extends Clubcard points after shoppers fear they'll expire before they can use them
are valid for 6 months. If they expire soon are they lost which is unfair? They should be extended. Please confirm?These points are sent as vouchers every three months and are valid for two years. If they aren't spent, they are lost and cannot be refunded.
Clubcard customers should have already been contacted by Tesco to explain the changes, and with a new expiry date for their vouchers.A Tesco spokesperson said: “As a little help from Clubcard, we are giving customers more time to use their vouchers which were due to expire on 31 May 2020. "We advise customers to visit our Reward Partners page on the Clubcard website for updates on where and how to redeem them.”IT'S easy to claim back lost Clubcard points so you don't miss out
Bear in mind that you'll have to make sure you're registered with Tesco first to log into the website.
