In an effort to make as many last memories as possible before passing on, Caskey decided to begin a campaign to convince as many strangers as possible to get matching tattoos with him. The Ohio man only had six tattoos when he first started but still plans on getting another 1,500 tattoos if time allows.Caskey began approaching random people in malls and on the street.
