Terengganu govt ban of ‘Pulau’ abuse of power, say filmmakers

FILMMAKERS fear the Terengganu government’s move to ban the screening of the film “Pulau” will open the way for more productions to be blocked under the Mandatory Screening Scheme. Their concern is that other films in the scheme will also face the same fate due to the conflict between existing laws and the state government.
