A photo taken in 2018 appears to show the 'tense' body language of Prince William and Kate, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle
The rift between Prince William and Prince Harry is under fresh scrutiny, with a particular photograph being pointed to as the moment when the strain between the Royals began to surface.
A picture captured after a WW1 armistice centenary service at Westminster Abbey in that year has been singled out by Eden, who noted the apparently "tense" expressions on William and Kate's faces. On the Reading The Royals YouTube series associated with the publication, he elaborated: "This photograph is of them leaving Westminster Abbey after a service to mark Armistice Day, and at the time, we might have thought their seriousness was because of the nature of the event - that they would always look very sombre."
The Royal commentator remarked: "I haven't noticed this before, but look at their jaws in this photograph, my goodness, they look tense."
