A 23-year-old Memphis, Tennessee man was arrested for allegedly shooting and killing two people while injuring two others at an apartment complex on March 6.
When officers arrived, they discovered two people in a Chevrolet Camaro who were suffering from gunshot wounds.
The mayor of Rufus, Oregon, is in custody after allegedly shooting at a family of four during a road rage incident, the Hood River County Sheriff’s Office said.
