Erik ten Hag tipped to 'break spirits' of Man United players in gruelling pre-season training MUFC
The Manchester United players are set to be put through their paces by Erik ten Hag in pre-season training.boss will reportedly put his stars through a 'Hell Week' in order to get them ready for the new season.Credit: Gettyreport that Ten Hag is taking no chances and will put an emphasis on building his squad's stamina.
Pre-season testing is due to begin on July 3, for players who were not with their national team squads, as United look to build on their third place Premier League finish. A source told the newspaper: “Last summer Erik had players doing press-ups and other fitness forfeits to try and build spirit.
