Telsha Anderson-Boone might just be the most stylish bride of 2021

“I had just finished working on a long project in Montana, and I wasn’t allowed to travel after arriving due to the early uncertainties and guidelines with COVID-19,” Justin says. “Telsha and I spoke every day, and we managed to get her to visit twice—but two weekend visits within four months is not nearly enough time to spend with the person you’re in love with. Telsha and I spoke about our love frequently, what that meant for the both of us, and when we would be ready to take the next step.
Their wedding took place in mid-October at Villa Woodbine in Miami, Florida. “After a year, plus of being at home with limited access to those we hold close, Justin and I were excited to share our courtship with our friends and family,” Telsha says. “If there's anything we learned over the past two years, it’s the importance of bringing everyone together and celebrating not only love but community.
The bride’s hair was inspired by Rooney Mara’s look at the BFI London Film Festival. “It was important for me to pick a hairstyle with personality,” Telsha explains, “that could hold up against the Miami humidity, and that would show off the dress properly. Thankfully I had an amazing bridal hair specialist, Martine Chery, the owner of Mon Cheri Hair Design. Martine took the remaining fabric from my dress and wrapped it around my hair with ease.” For make-up, she worked with Tijienene Gordon.
