Teenager attacked by two men near Glasgow city centre
The 19-year-old boy was assaulted by the men around 10am on Friday, June 2 in Cowcaddens at the junction with Cambridge Street.Officers believe he may hold the key to their investigation and are pleading for the passer-by to come forward after extensive inquiries.
The teenager was fortunately not injured following the incident but was left terribly shaken by the ordeal. Detective Inspector Phillip Kennedy, Glasgow CID, said:"While the man was not injured, it is still important we find out what happened here. "Based on our enquiries so far, we believe a man intervened and tried to help at the time. Despite our best efforts, we have still been unable to speak to him and would ask him to come forward.Anyone with any information is asked to call Police
