HUMBLE, Texas - A teenage boy was shot dead while playing basketball in Far Northeast Harris County.
The deadly shooting happened around 8 p.m. Tuesday off Park Lakes Canyon Terrace in the Plantation Homes at Park Lakes subdivision. Harris County Sheriff's deputies said the boy was playing basketball with a group of teenagers. The boy and another teenager got into an argument when the suspect pulled out a gun and shot the victim several times before running off.Deputies are interviewing the teen suspect and his parents.
