a few months ago, Biden told him they were"members of the same club," referencing the fact that they both stutter when they speak."It was really amazing to hear that someone like me became vice president," Brayden said.What's more is that Biden shared his personal tricks for managing the speech disorder on a daily basis: practicing reading from a book of poems and marking up his speeches to make them easier to deliver aloud.
Brayden has already put the latter tip into practice, as he proudly showed viewers his marked-up DNC speech. He continued,"I'm just a regular kid, and in a short amount of time, Joe Biden made me more confident about something that's bothered me my whole life. Joe Biden cared."The 13-year-old ended his address by encouraging listeners to vote for Biden.
