Police officers went to 796 Greene Ave. in Bedford-Stuyvesant at 2:18 a.m. in response to a ShotSpotter alert, but the mortally wounded 18-year-old man had already been taken to Woodhull Hospital by private means, according to police. He was pronounced dead there a short time later, cops said. The investigation found that he was shot while in a parked vehicle at the address.
