Chase Franklin Williams, 18, of Houston has been charged with murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with the shooting deaths of Reginald Reed, 58, and Brandon Forbes, 23, according to court records.
Police around 4:55 p.m. Feb. 4 found two men, one in the 14100 block of Fleetwell Drive, and another who made it to Buffalo Speedway before dying. Officers found Forbes unresponsive in the median of the road on Buffalo Speedway and then learned of a second shooting nearby, according to the Houston Police Department.
A third man told police he had also been shot and was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
