BREAKING: Police have linked a 17-year-old boy to two violent incidents involving feuding Heights High School students — the latest one Thursday when a student was shot while coming back from lunch, according to court records.

Police arrested Owiesy on Friday and found a gun in his car — leading to a misdemeanor unlawful carrying of a weapon charge. The defendant crossed police radar two months ago when Houston Police Department officers learned of the March 7 incident in which two students returning from campus were confronted by a driver and passengers in a Volkswagen sedan who passed them repeatedly on Arlington Street.
