PSNI say their investigation into the Old Mill Way alleged incident continues
A teenage boy arrested over an alleged sexual assault in North Belfast has been released on bail, police have confirmed.
It follows a report that a teenage girl was sexually assaulted in the Old Mill Way area of the city on Friday, February 10. In a statement released on Sunday morning, February 12, a PSNI spokesperson said their investigation into the incident is continuing.A spokesperson said: "A teenage boy arrested in connection with a reported sexual assault in the Old Mill Way area of north Belfast on Friday, 10th February has been released on bail, pending further police enquiries.Meanwhile, police are currently at the scene of a serious assault in the Shore Road area of Newtownabbey.
