CEO Lisa Jammal says, “You tap, you click, an agent shows up, and they can arrive in 30 minutes and start capturing content for you. ”, Social Agent was hired to capture the event while the organizers stayed focused on running it. Affordable Art Fair director Cori Teague said digital marketing has become impossible to ignore for big events, especially for smaller teams.
“Since I have such a small team, it takes a lot of time and energy and creative flow,” Teague said. “Sometimes you’re not seeing what other people can see. ” She added that having someone dedicated to content helps because they can notice moments the main team might miss.
“This was designed to allow you to put your phone down and be in the moment, be present,” Jammal said. The goal is to make capturing memories less stressful, especially for families.
“Instead of you capturing those moments, you can be in it with your children, your family, and have it be stress-free,” Jammal said. The service can be surprisingly affordable for event coverage. In this case, a 60-minute session costs $120, 15 edited photos cost $40, and a custom premium reel costs $50, for a total of just over $200.
Social Agent says it already has hundreds of agents in cities including Austin, Dallas, New York City, and Miami, and it plans to expand nationwide. The company says its creators are certified, trained, and available on demand, making the service useful for both personal celebrations and business events.
