At a specially convened school board meeting designed to allow members of the school community to air their concerns, Lower Dauphin School District officials, including Superintendent Rob Schultz, heard the impassioned and at times angry accounts of vile and racist incidents perpetrated by white students on their peers of color or those who identify as LGBTQ.
