ON April 29, the team behind Rio Olympics silver medalist Hidilyn Diaz will conduct an online conference on how to propagate proper nutrition, physical fitness and mental health during the time of the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.
They will all go live on Facebook on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Further details about the online seminar can be found on Diaz’s Instagram account. “But not a lot of people know that there’s a core team working behind the country’s only female Olympic medalist, Hidilyn Diaz, who has [been] consistently winning the international weightlifting scene after bagging gold medals in the 2020 Roma World Cup, 2019 SEA Games and 2018 Asian Games.”
