AUCKLAND, New Zealand — A New Zealand woman had her teaching certification revoked after she reportedly recorded pornographic material on school property and then posted it online, The New Zealand Teachers' Disciplinary Tribunal recently found Lisa Edmondson guilty of misconduct.
The investigation began after a member of the public approached the deputy principal of a school Edmondson had been working for and informed them of a TikTok video that they recognized was filmed at the school. The informant said when they searched the account name, it led to a website where pornographic content could be posted. They then showed the deputy principal a video that showed a person talking "about having a full bladder" and recording "themselves urinating on the floor inside a classroom," according to the case file. Female genitalia was also clearly visible in the video. The deputy principal immediately identified the classroom and also recognized Edmondson's voice and clothing in the video. Another video also identified Edmondson urinating on a hat in a lost property box. Edmondson was placed on paid leave. The school's IT provider was asked to investigate, and it found an account belonging to Edmondson that had "over 30 pornographic videos and several pornographic photographs on its home page." Three of the videos also had school-related names. Edmondson resigned from the school in 2023, but the tribunal says she then failed to disclose to her new school that she was being investigated. The former teacher denies making the videos on school property, saying she staged a video to make it look like she was at the school. She also claims she didn't notify her new employer because "she believed she was required to keep the report confidential under the terms of her resignation" and that she deleted the videos after they were discovered by the school.Video captures masked suspect attempt to kick in front door of Herriman home A Herriman homeowner said she is still shaken after a man was caught on camera trying to kick in her front door late Friday night in what she believes appears tA 25-year-old man was found inside his vehicle with a gunshot wound to his head after crashing on a Riverton roadway.Riverton City Public Information Officer NaThree Utah cities were listed in a recent report ranking the top 20 most challenging places to live with pollen allergies. The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of ATwo people were killed in a crash between two trucks on US 40 in Wasatch County after one driver crossed into oncoming traffic. The crash happened at mile markerA cold front will keep pushing through the state early Sunday morning, bringing strong northwesterly wind gusts through early morning. The watches and warnings
