Other commenters on the video said their own reservations were canceled without explanation. A representative for Tea Around Town responded in the comments, writing: “Hi Liz! Thank you for your honest feedback. Unfortunately, we encountered significant mechanical issues that impacted our operations over the weekend. We’re so disappointed to say that the issues did cause other trips to be canceled. We want you to know that this experience is not the standard we aim to provide, nor the representation of Tea Around Town that we are proud of. We are working to make this right with all guests.” Reviews for the Tea Around Town Austin experience were also mixed, with some Google users claiming they had a fabulous time with good service, while others within the past week were adamant that the experience was a waste of money. “We had the absolute best time at Tea Around Town for our girls’ day during our joint bachelorette trip! The whole experience was so much fun and such a unique way to celebrate,” Kaitlyn Pyburn noted in her review. “ In conclusion,we went Saturday, February 21 with three people and we ended up paying $135 per person, a total of $405.
