"It certainly violates the spirit of revenge porn laws, which give us all the right to decide if and when we put naked pictures out to the world," she continued. "Most of us would be shocked and sickened if someone posted a naked picture of someone intended to look like us was put out in the world to millions of followers."
Bloom has represented a number of high profile clients affected by so-called revenge porn, including Mischa Barton and Blac Chyna.In 2017 Barton successfully took her ex-boyfriend Jon Zacharias to court to prevent him from distributing footage she claimed he had filmed without her knowledge or consent — including them having sex in the shower.
After Sunday's post, Swift received an outpouring of support from fans online for the predicament she found herself in, in which a man she says bullied her now owns the masters of much of her back catalog; however some claimed accusing Kanye of revenge porn was too far.
