Taylor Swift has enchanted fans again. The pop star took the No. 1 spot on Spotify's annual top global artists list for a second consecutive year, the streaming service announced Wednesday. The global artists list reflects the most streamed musicians of the year among Spotify users around the world. Amid the crowded field of pop music releases this year, Swift received more than 26.6 billion streams, according to Spotify.
The achievement comes as Swift winds down her Eras Tour, a celebration of her expansive career that started in March 2023. The tour is making its last stop this weekend in Vancouver, where Swift will perform its final three shows. Some fans, who ranked among Swift's top listeners on Spotify, received a video message from the singer in their Wrapped packages. 'Well hi,' she says in the video. 'I just wanted to say thank you so much for being one of my top listeners on Spotify.
