Taylor Neff, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist at Wellspring Psychological Services in Monterey, California, and a clinical assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine.

Although a generalist at heart, she often finds herself working with problems related to identity, loneliness, trauma, attachment, and suicide.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Neff is passionate about training and educating mental health professionals and has provided supervision, lectured on topics of expertise, and facilitated seminars for master’s level therapists, training psychologists, and psychiatry residents, as well as presented at continuing education events. Partnering with Baylor College of Medicine and the Vietnamese Psychotherapy Association , she is a cofounder and director of the first psychodynamic psychotherapy training program in Vietnam, a project committed to expanding access to mental health education and care internationally.
