KOTA KINABALU: A jobless man was caught with suspected syabu worth some RM130,000 by police in Sabah’s east coast Tawau district.
The authorities found over 2kg of the drugs on the 53-year-old suspect during a sting operation at Bandar Sri Indah on Tuesday .
“Following a check, the team found two transparent packages containing syabu weighing some 2,076.66gm,” he said in a press conference on Friday . “It is believed the syabu would have been able to feed the habit of some 4,000 drug abusers,” he added.
